One important piece of collateral that we re-designed for the L&Q re-brand last year was the staff magazine ‘In-House’. Having rolled out a 6 month internal engagement campaign prior to the new brand launch, it was important that the staff continued to feel engaged with their new brand. Copies of the monthly magazine are distributed to every L&Q office which is full of important information about the organisation detailed and designed in fun and engaging articles. We’ve just completed the design of the last ‘In-House’ of 2009 and are looking forward to working on new and exciting ways to keep the publication engaging in 2010.

We’ve just created and implemented another targeted campaign for L&Q to promote their part buy, part rent developments in London and the South East this Christmas.

The creative was developed to promote the affordability of their properties and to inspire people to think about getting a home of their own for Christmas.

We implemented the creative across a range of online and offline media along with a targeted mailings to the Housing Options database of interested parties.

Inquiries to the Sales Team have been on the increase as a result of the campaign and we are currently working on the creative and media plan for their January campaign to further increase interest in their part buy, part rent properties.
