Johnnie Walker recently commissioned ad agency BBH London to create a short film titled ‘The Man Who Walked Around The World’. The entire 5 minute 30 second film is one continuous scene employing the talents of a certain Robert ‘Begbie’ Carlyle, guiding the viewer on a journey through the history of the infamous whiskey brand down a remote Scottish country lane. A wonderfully created piece of film that deploys clever script writing and more importantly the timing from the Scot actor. Although what I find hilarious is that they’ve added in subtitles for those who can’t quite understand the clearly ‘thick’ Scottish accent possessed by good ol’ Robbie. Watch it here.
