Everyone wants a piece of the Apple

 

Following on from a series of trade mark disputes with the New York City GreeNYC logo (center of picture above), the worlds best designed brand Apple, have picked another major legal battle with Australian based green grocers Woolworths. The new logo (left of picture above) looks a bit too much like Apple’s for their liking and with plans for Woolworths to apply for a blanket trademark could mean a possibility of a brand clash in the consumer electronics market. Are Apple turning into the new court room corporate bullies?
