Recycling trucks that look cool?

Stumbled upon a nice idea by the city of Philadelphia who have teamed up with a mural arts program to decorate 10 of their recycling trucks with bright, bold graphics. The designers took inspiration from the historic textiles collection at Philadelphia University.

The trucks can now be seen all around the city keeping the streets clean, and spreading a bit of colour, and even if they don’t smell good at least they look good!. Perhaps Boris could do the same for London?
