Tower Homes Pick ‘n’ Mix Campaign

The purpose of the Tower Homes Spring Campaign was to attract first time buyers to their part buy, part rent or 100% sale homes offering. They wanted the focus of the campaign to be on the element of choice and Pick ‘n’ Mix was a perfect fit with the incentive of £5,000 of treats towards a new home.
Our visuals were simple yet colourful and attracted prospects to register to view a Tower Homes development of their choice during the sales week. The campaign comprised of targeted banner advertising, personalised and targeted emails and postcards, and local press ads. The campaign maintained the high level of successful enquiries to their sales team. An increase of 400% in enquiries was initially established as a result of the January Campaign we created. Not bad in a difficult market!
