Following a successful digital and social strategy rollout from early July, Brighton Pier has welcomed uplift across all critical touchpoints, resulting in a 32% increase in transaction value.
The website overhaul, wrapped in bright nostalgic designs and copy, contains all new user experience pathways taking into consideration analytics from previous performance with an aim to drive greater attendance and wristband sales pre-arrival.
During our development process we uncovered key moments of inspiration occurring well before users visited the Brighton Pier website and, with this knowledge, we developed a social media strategy that focuses on increasing brand awareness, engagement and strengthening digital presence of the brand.
Our implementation of this strategy has led to 11 million monthly impressions, a 481% increase in reach and a 236% increase in visitors from social media to the site.
The results are an incredible start to the strategy for Brighton Pier, celebrating the location as one of the UK’s most iconic beachside destinations.
