No, we can’t believe it’s December either, so we thought we’d spread a little festive cheer to get you in the Christmas spirit! We were asked by our long term client, L&Q to develop a game that would engage people in a fun way and get them thinking about the exciting new properties they’ve got coming up in 2011.  L&Q is one of the 2,000 housing associations that work in the UK and their main goal is to provide high quality, affordable homes.

We will be sharing this festive delight with L&Q’s database through a highly targeted DM & email campaign, which will encourage people to play the game, share it with their friends and register their interest in the new properties. The game also includes a clickable map of London, which links directly through to individual properties where interested parties can find out more.

This will be followed up by a wider advertising campaign in January, which will incorporate; personalised DM/e-marketing, social media, online & outdoor. Home is Where the Heart is will be the overiding theme, which will be communicated across all media.
