Underscore were approached to fully re-position and clarify their unique approach, creating a brand that reflects the scale and innovation of their exceptional standards.

After a detailed period of research and consultation which included a brand workshop in their very own cinema, Underscore created simplified structure of categories and stories that illustrate the unique mix and collaborative nature of TSL’s divisions and forms the basis of a revitalised brand language as they seek to expand their offer overseas.

The modular nature of their approach is reflected in a new identity and design suite which illustrates the unique mix and collaborative nature of TSL’s divisions. This unified graphic language was then applied comprehensively across all communications from pitch documents to stationary, digital presentations, social media, exhibition stands, office signage, a new website and even their very own wallpaper.
