Effectionately known as ‘the holy brochure’ in our studio. Yes, we designed a brochure with a hole in it. Not just any hole however…a strategically placed die cut that aligns perfectly with the first page on the interior, marking the exact location of The Point.
The Point will be a purpose-built leisure and retail complex located in the heart of Malta. The development will include a vibrant mix of stylish shopping, chic cafes and state-of-the-art health and leisure amenities. This ultimate retail and leisure experience will be unlike anything ever seen on the island and their brochure needed to communicate this. This brochure now stands as one of the best examples of brand application for The Point as it utilises many elements of the identity and features a unique die cut, spot UV finishing, commissioned photography and illustration.
