Senior Account Manager

With some exciting new clients on board, we now need an exceptional Senior Account Manager to help cover client management and project development for some key accounts.

Development of client relationships is fundamental to the success of this role, so ensuring our strategic reporting is answering to the brief at all times is essential.

Key requirements of the role:
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mind
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • 5+ years experience in a creative environment
  • Proven client management skills
  • Awareness of how to apply current industry trends
  • Property sector experience would be useful but not essential
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Experience leading and inspiring a team
  • A genuine interest and passion for the world of brand and digital
  • A commercial mind, with experience estimating and maintaining financial budgets
  • A thirst for growing accounts and maximising returns

Creative Studio Manager

Underscore is a brand and digital agency for business change, and for twenty years we’ve been helping market leading international businesses and locations to unlock their potential.

We do this by asking insightful questions, thinking audience first, and always embracing the latest design and digital platforms to tell our brand stories.

With some exciting new clients on board we now need a Creative Studio Manager to co-lead our London studio operations and oversee service delivery, creative resource management, and project profitability.

Key requirements of the role:
  • Working closely with clients as a key relationship contact, attending briefings, scoping work and planning service delivery
  • Overseeing all incoming design and creative briefs to the studio
  • Leading a team of 7+ Designers, serving as a mentor and overseeing creative resource management
  • Partner with Creative Team Leadership to plan and deliver projects and develop effective proposals
  • Design/drive process and workflow improvements to increase efficiency and enhance service delivery
  • Budgeting for key projects and negotiating with 3rd party service providers
  • Managing and reviewing resource and workload schedules across the team and projects
  • Support Director with overall vision and strategy
  • Analyse, review and create reports on marketing activities and projects
Desired skills:
  • A solid understanding of design, digital and video development processes to allow you to manage the studio effectively
  • A confident and skilled communicator
  • A meticulous eye for detail
  • Remaining unflappable when the pressure is on and things get busy
  • A passion for the world of brand, digital and design
