Having worked as brand consultants and strategic partner to one of the UK’s largest social housing company, L&Q, for over a year, we are delighted to announce the unveiling of their new identity.
The ‘modern urban stamp of quality’ replaces 20 sub brands including Tower Homes to unite the organisation and help them to successfully move forward and attract a modern, younger audience and achieve the housing quality and resident satisfaction aims of their 5 year plan.
Our strategic and creative development of an engaging six month internal communication programme has ensured that all staff are fully behind the re-brand and excited about moving forwards as one organisation. Constant feedback from their staff throughout the programme revealed that 90% of all staff felt excited about the future of L&Q as a result of the engagement campaign.
