Senior Designer

• Demonstrable experience working independently, perhaps running your own agency or freelance business.
• A strong, versatile portfolio showcasing branding, typography, layout, presentation design, digital design and motion graphics.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to confidently present and articulate creative solutions directly to clients.
• Experience collaborating remotely with teams.
• A results-focused approach, with the ability to consistently deliver high-quality design that drives impact.
• Ability to communicate rationale behind design decisions in a compelling, strategic way.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, including accessibility and responsive design.
• Advanced skills in tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Pitch and Figma.
• A broad understanding of digital marketing and social media.
• Ability to create engaging micro-interactions, animations, or explainer content to enhance storytelling or product engagement.
• Contributing to design, strategy, and brand development across multiple client briefs.
• Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working remotely, with regular virtual check-ins and occasional in-person team meet-ups or client meetings.
• Expected to work initially on a contract basis.
• Available to start late July and hit the ground running with minimal onboarding.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
