Station Hill is a 6.5-acre, £750m ($1.04bn) mixed-use redevelopment project under construction in the heart of Reading in the UK. The brand strategy needed to reflect a new level of ambition for Reading and articulate what these changes would mean.
Our first steps were to consult with all stakeholder teams, local interest groups, residents and then train commuters to hear first-hand what they believe would be the right vision for their town as it evolves into a city, and the resultant brand and our placemaking story of ‘time for more’ captures the transformative nature of this development at a pivotal time and the benefits it will bring for everyone.
The story of ‘time for more’ was introduced to reflect the aspirational and transformative nature of this development.
