Tesco charged Underscore with recommending steps to reconnect their brand, their staff and their customers with the great quality of their food.

After research and consultation to define their brand ingredients, their customers and their marketplace, we introduced a simpler, more personality-led tone of voice alongside rich, evocative images of their food within a natural setting.

The Results

Our work resulted in a much more provenance driven story being introduced for their premium food offer to provide their customers with a clear alternative to ‘every little helps’ which has been used to consistently drive their value offer.
